Saint Paul DFL Caucuses Tonight

It is amazing to think that the new president was just sworn in and we are already having political caucuses for the next election! Tonight the DFL got together in Saint Paul and other places around the state to discuss and vote on their preferred candidates. At this time, no DFL candidate has stepped forward to challenge Senator Norm Coleman for his seat.

Here are the locations for the caucuses and the ward conventions:
Ward 1: Rondo Education Center, 560 Concordia Ave., Saint Paul
Ward 2: Humboldt High School, 30 Baker St., Saint Paul, MN
Ward 3: Highland Park Jr. High School, 975 S. Snelling Ave., St. Paul
Ward 4: Hancock Elementary School, 1599 Englewood Ave., St Paul, MN
Ward 5: Como High School, 740 Rose Ave W., Saint Paul, Minnesota
Ward 6: Johnson Sr. High School, 1349 Arcade St., Saint Paul
Ward 7: Harding High School, 1540 E. Sixth St, St. Paul

Although this doesn’t have much to do with Saint Paul Real Estate or Saint Paul Homes, I found it interesting that the dust hasn’t even settle and people are talking elections again. I guess the political machinery never shuts off!
