Since April, a campaign called “Create a Spot for Business” has been implemented. To stay up to date with the campaign sponsored by the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce, Capitol River Council, Visit Saint Paul and BOMA-St. Paul, you can follow it on facebook at: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Create-a-Spot-for-Business/116812478344616?v=wall As of October 1st, it has been announced that the City of St. Paul is going to begin testing a new type of meter that is more tech-friendly, accepting coins, smart cards and credit cards. These 50 meters are part of a six month trail that will take place on Wabasha street.
It will be interesting to see the outcome of this six month trial. I think the meters will be very helpful for St. Paul residences, patrons and visitors!
