I have been involved in multiple short sales and this program sounds great. the problem is the banks are soooo slow to respond to an offer by the time an offer is reviewed the buyer has usually walked. if the banks can't handle the volume now with their current process then how are they going to be able to meet the 10 day window?

let's hope this is not another "voluntary" program like all the other programs we have seen from washington.
