Union Depot Lofts Saint Paul

The Union Depot Lofts in St. Paul are quite remarkable. From the late 1800s till the 1970s, the Union Depot was a busy train station in the heart of the West Seventh neighborhood in Saint Paul. Amtrak moved its rail operations to Minneapolis in 1971 and closed the station. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974, but still it laid dormant till 2005 when renovations began to convert this beautiful building into lofts, condos, and retail space.

The St. Paul Union Depot Lofts were born. Consisting of 33 units, many of them are two level units with exposed brick and open ceilings.  Most units are approximately 900 square feet, one bedroom units.  The prices average around $160k.
